Deddene does not evolve. Neither of these pokemon species are very usefull. Amauras evolution is goon in pvp ultra league but at level 22 you should probably start with great league or raids. Not sure if you ment power up or evolve but i would not power up or evolve these except for the pokedex entry on aurorus
