It’s not 100% confirmed it won’t have an English release. But given this wasn’t in the English Nintendo Direct, and the poor English sales of the previous Shiren game, it very likely won’t.

It is sad that this series is not popular in the West.
There is a reason why this series is popular in Japan. It’s just fun. Especially the end content is brutal and very challenging.
