I don’t get out on routes very often. It doesn’t help that there’s only one nearby route, and it’s not very convenient. I’ve been following the tip of finishing slowly, and even waiting just outside the completion zone for a few minutes, but still no Cell. Am I missing something?
And yes, I do have 3 more routes under review. Two of them have been “Under Review” for over a month and the third one for about 2 weeks.

I cant even find a Mon on a Route let alone a Cell and i’ve done 7 routes so far
I got my first one today, on my 5th route
I can’t even find a route. The only one I had near me popped up yesterday and couldnt be completed because the endpoint was within a gated community. That route disappeared before the day even ended.
I had one just before route ended and then cell was gone when route wnded

I did 3 routes yesterday and got no cell
There’s a trick to get them. Get to the end of a route (100m from the end). Pause the route, close the game, then reopen it and restart the route. Walk a bit in circles and you’ll most likely get a cell. Has worked every time for me

apparently, circular routes currently do not spawn Zygarde cells.
I’m sitting at 4 cells with probably two dozen routes? If there are any tricks of the trade, I’m all ears! 😩😩😩

You should be awarded a cell for finishing a route

I gave up on doing routes. The only route near me is a loop and I do get cells sometimes with the pause/restart trick at the end but it’s just annoying. I just play the game like I used to.

The system for spawning cells is just absolutely awful, hopefully it is improved but the only way to guarantee a spawn is to wait near the end walking slowly in circles and just pray
Got my first one today after 53 routes. Based on this – should have the complete form in 2028.
I’ve completed over 8 routes and still have yet to find one when my kiddo on same routes now has 7! So infuriating!my friend got one on her first route ever -_-
63 zygarde cells so far. It seems that if you complete a route but don’t get cells, then complete another route you get extra to compensate.
A bunch of routes disappeared last week. Very frustrating.
I haven’t even tried. With the amount of complaints I see and the 100+ degree temps outside, I’m not going there. My zygarde can stay in this form until the bugs are ironed out.

I’m not going to even try until they revamp the feature. The effort to return is inane for something that is mostly a gimmick.
It feels like the original mega energy system where there was no way to get free energy and it would take dozens of raids to max mega evolve just one Pokémon and then you would still have to do more (or hope it was still in raids) if you want to use it with any regularity after that.
I’ve checked campfire and the closest route to me is 17 km away. I have never been on a route yet.

The only 3 routes I’ve seen to this day are in large cities I only attend for shopping and visiting my family, there’s no way I’ll be walking half the city just to have a CHANCE at finding a cell

i’ve walked 20 routes and have gotten 1 cell, so at this rate ill need to walk 2000 routes to get 100 cells
Gave the fuck up on it after route after route not registering, random pauses, no route Pokémon, and no cells. Why the fuck would I?
I’m up to 110, have done routes most days since release. Originally I just learned the spawn spot for each route (always happens in the same small area) and would slow down and concentrate whenever I got to that point, more recently they changed something so they often won’t spawn unless I reset the game so I just get to the same spot as before and restart the game.

I don’t even know how to find a route
Made my own route recently and it got publish next day. Finally got a cell after my first walk on it, yesterday.
There aren’t any routes around me. I can’t get verified to create one. It’s a little annoying considering 80% of the population in my state are within 4 counties, roughly 900 square miles tops. Fairly heavily populated. There’s NO ROUTES. Niantic is trolling 😵💫
