This year has been full of this *modern gaming era* bullshit habit of *releasing unfinished games first but pay me full price and then i might try to fix it”.
We can only hurt them with our wallets by not pre-ordering games and wait to see the bad quality products they are releasing.
Am starting to believe we might experience a gaming downfall crisis like in 1983.
Luckily i have a huge Switch physical backlog of awesome carefully chosen unbroken games to play

I don’t understand why the game even came out on switch. It didn’t come out on PS4 and Xbox one, but it came out on switch, which has more dated hardware. It makes no sense.

It doesn’t matter at this point. You shipped a broken physical copy of the game. An update is meaningless to some people at this point.

The Switch port was clearly rushed to be released in line with the other console versions. Hence why it looks rough as hell and a mess at this moment in time. Given that Shiver made MK11 very playable and enjoyable, i can see them delivering a very enjoyable experience with MK1 on Switch in short period of time.

I feel sorry for the sod. They shouldn’t hsve even attempted it. May as well as trued to make Starfirld run on a damn etch a sketch. When they announced they should’ve just said “no switch release due to hardware limitations. Sorry” and saved themselves the bother.

If broken launches didn’t make money, they wouldn’t happen. Period.
At this point in the gaming industry landscape, if you’re pre-ordering or buying at launch, you are the problem. The companies care about profit first and while that may seem morally questionable to you, they provide a service that at the end of the day YOU decide to pay for.
Condemn the publishers as long as you want, this is far from the first broken game launch. If people were speaking with their money instead of their mouths, maybe there actually would be a difference. But most of you are insterested in complaining and dunking on big corporations rather than making a change.

There is no way they are actually going to “fix” this. It’s a game that has no business running on the switch so it will always be highly compromised. At most, they may be able to get better frame rates but probably by making the graphics and/or resolution even worse.

That in the end never got fixed they did try to fix it but you still should not buy it
This game is a lot better than WWE 2k18 and as we know 2k did not try to bring WWE 2k.. to the switch again
See this is not the first Mortal Kombat game on switch. I see they know what they are doing. They just drop the dragon on this one and need to find the dragon again.
