The KO icon being a Flame Clock is both hilarious and fucked up.

Wow, I’m shocked. Figured they had just forgotten this one in the lineup when it didn’t get a theme around the game’s release. Between this and the amiibo, they’re really extending XC3’s lifespan.

I’m not a fan of the music selected for this theme.
The first two melodies are basically the same one. And both aren’t music you hear that often in the game. Also, the regular battle song for 10 people left just doesn’t feel as hype.
The music selection on the [XC: Definitive Edition theme](https://youtu.be/tuhmzHS4ZEQ?si=4hXje7AF-QnQmw-2) felt a lot more appropiate (Time to Fight, Mechanical Rhythm, You Will Know Our Names).

So Tetris 99 is still going, and got a physical release with extra stuff… and yet Pac-Man 99, SMB 35 are both gone. What gives?! I played both if those far more than Tetris, and I love Tetris 99! So crazy! F-Zero 99 is fun and all, but I def won’t keep playing it nearly as much as I wasn’t huge into the series growing up.

Will we ever be able to buy the Mario All Stars theme with tickets? That’s the only Tetris 99 theme I missed.

Honestly surprised they waited well over a year to do an XC3 Tetris 99 event. Better late than never I suppose.
