I’ve lost track of how many Far Cry games there are.
If it’s a new game and a launch title, this will work.
Worst thing Ubi could do is thorw a late port as a launch title. That’s Wii Uing it again.

I think the big story here would be that major 3rd party games/series would be getting simultaneous releases with Xbox & PS5. No longer locked into delayed, scaled-down ports

Do Nintendo players even care about Far Cry? I feel like most of the player base for Nintendo would not care for this franchise one bit. I have friends who only play Nintendo and I sometimes talk to them about other western type games like far cry, assassins creed, the Witcher, dishonored and they don’t care at all smh.

These games have changed only superficially since Far Cry 3, which could definitely run on the Switch, let alone the Switch 2.

I’m glad this series is still going, hopefully without making the next entry one that is bad for the series’ image.
I wish we had actual solid news about the new console itself, hearing so many random rumors about the hardware are getting so tiring to hear.

I remember buying a ps5 because FC7 was bundled. It was really ugly and I didn’t know that ray tracing and all the graphic novelties were aPc exclusive. Can’t even imagine what it would be like on the switch.
