Some (I heard that not all) routes can be seen in the Campfire map, so you can zoom out and see neighboring areas if they have something… not an ideal situation, but it’s all we’ve got so far :/

Weird. I submitted my first route the other day and it was published within the next 10 minutes before I got back home.

Use the campfire map. The map you are looking at is very limited. I have like 3 routes that are 1km away but it always says no routes nearby.

I made a route like 2 weeks ago and it got approved INSTANTLY, there is no way someone manually approved it in 2 minutes

There are finally 3 showing up near my home but they are all so long. 20 minutes+. I’m only 39 so I can’t make them, but from what I read, it looks like 0.5km is the minimum?
I can and do walk around, but the autoimmune fatigue is real, so it would be great to see some short and sweet ones to maximize opportunity to do them.

You literally have a “create route” button. My routes have been getting approved almost instantly

fun fact! check for routes using the Campfire map. more routes within the 50km range will actually show up. the route map rarely works unless you’re ON TOP of a route

I’m in the same boat. There is one near me in a park, but it’s gonna be high 90’s here all week and there is no shade whatsoever. 😐 I can’t be doing all that.

We finally got them in our area lately with the latest app update.
However, I went to follow one I thought was just a walk round my local park only for it to try to lead me into the really deep wooded area surrounding the park. Nice try, murdery Pokémon player.
