I want him but I’ve seen the ending of his and Akari’s event which hints towards Volo coming in the next month(s), so I’m saving for Volo
We are so screwed with gems honestly. I pulled Palmer on my second multi and now I am left with 6K of gems. Technically I could go for Argenta or Bede as they have higher chances but I also want Serena. They add too many pairs and give too little gems
Hoping Volo/Giratina becomes a F2P pair in the future.

I want to pull for Aura Cynthia if she gets a rerun in future. Considering that, should i go for Rei, he might be the best partner for Aura Cynthia based on her master skill. What do you suggest?
I should save gems, but Hisuian Decidueye is one of my favorite newer Pokemon and it's super strong, too.
Would you run a sprint unit with a striker and support? That's the only logical thing that makes sense to me. Support syncs out do a sprint sync since you'll have that 2x multiplier long before that of a sprint sync pair. I get sprints are basically a slight support with striker stats but I'm just not sold on any of the new sprint and field roles. Am I not understanding something?
If I could've guaranteed him and already had gotten Akari then probably but I can't so it's dailies only.
He's also the only fighting type pokefair so for gauntlet or something he'll be back.(Not counting the special costumes cuz they're only returning for their own event/paid select scouts
I disagree. The thing with Rei is that his grid is nothing spectacular. All his required stuff to function properly is in 1/5. It gets fun stuff in the next sync levels, but it's nothing major. Having him in 1/5 and leaving at that is perfectly fine.|
And boy, is that pair busted. It's a sprint pair, meaning it can sync to reduce cooldown, then AoE flinch everyone, someone else syncs and then Rei can AoE flinch yet again. With proper support from a team, it is possible to sync three times when your opponent didn't do it once. Not sure what would survive by then, but yeah- it is an option.
And since it is a sprint pair, generating a move gauge is literally a zero problem. Especially when Rei syncs, as one of his passives grants Free Move for the team. I definitely recommend getting this pair, I'm sure you won't regret.
i have no good fighting types except bea but idk if i even want him, thinking i'll just skip this month period honestly.
Definitely pulling for this character, I really like Decidueye and I like fighting types in this game, so he's an absolute plus for me.
I have to ask, as a curious opinion and perhaps a favor; What's your opinion on pairing him with Spring May and Lopunny? it seems like a really good duo and while I want to try it myself, perhaps you could use them in an exhibition, if you have Lopunny? Either way, looking forward to your opinions and future exhibition!
