Lucky skill: Fast-Track 2
This is pretty much 30% proc rates: the clear lol. Needs 2 Steel Wish MPRs, good Fast-Track 2 procs, and good Iron Head flinches without Aggravation 1 since she doesn’t have room for it in her grid. If she doesn’t get a flinch with her first two Iron Heads, I reset right away. If Bulu doesn’t proc Offensive Defense 4 at Bar 1 too much this would also be slightly easier since that’ll allow you to end Bar 1 earlier.
Skill gear was needed for bulk. Apart from the higher stat bonuses, I was also able to roll a 2% damage reduction tile for attack moves, which I do think mattered considering how little HP she had left by the end.
