Edit: just to be clear, I’m absolutely fine with it being 30fps. I fully expected 30fps, and I’m surprised to see that it looks like it’s going above that. My only thing is that if it isn’t close to 60fps most of the time, I’d prefer that they gave you the option to lock it, or locked it down themselves

The textures are rough, but that’s the sacrifice for getting it running on Switch. The original PC version of Borderlands 1 has better textures than this. The performance is alright, though.
I wouldn’t judge the performance solely on the opening section, though. Later parts of the game are way more demanding.

I bought it and have been playing it for the past couple hours. It’s holding up pretty well with no obvious problems to report. I do wish I could find others online to play with, but I do expect it hasn’t been long enough to bother with yet also

I’m for real a damn fool for how many times I’ve rebought Borderlands games. Been telling myself I’d replay Skyrim (see a pattern?) until the Arkham remasters are available. But it does look damn good and fun. I just feel horrible about how many games I’ve bought and hardly played. I always joke to people that my favorite thing to do on my switch is shop lol.
