Bro there's a moveset glitch in Pokemon go, yesterday I was playing in master league and I was losing against a togekiss, I hit superpower but my dragonite hit the togekiss with blizzard and the thing is dragonite cannot even learn the move blizzard. I am still trying to figure out how it happened

Absolutely disgraceful that they reveal such information, so easily. It's basic security! Niantic can't even make sure their reps get a modicum of training to prevent this? Ridiculous

The Original old Game Boy brings back fond memories since I used to own it and play it in my childhood days, I sure miss old nostalgic stuff like that and their games.
For most sites that have both user names and email addresses, it's possible to recover a username if you provide the associated email address.
How some nitwit at Niantic came up with the idea to flip this process is a classic example of not thinking it through.
As unlikely as it is that this will lead to an account intrusion, it is a starting point for a number of bad acts.
Having had many accounts breached because the companies to whom I entrusted information were not careful in their practices, I've been signed up for a lot of offers I don't want. I've also had to claim accounts I don't want from people who opened them using my email address.
I now have two Walmart accounts, two Costco accounts, and the government thinks I have a student loan. The fiasco with my Apple ID is unrelated to the breaches, but it just makes clear that a misused email address can cause a lot of trouble. (The woman thought my email address was her email address–she forgot about the numbers at the end.)
Those are off the top of my head, but there are many more. I also get signed up for mailing lists that have not elected to provide opt-in protection.
And the overt spam…
Also consider the problems that will ensue when a phone number is used to create a new account, but your email address is used to complete the user profile.
Of course, without 2FA, I'd be screwed. I sat in New Jersey one night and watched as a hacker in Toronto repeatedly tried to gain access to my email account. In the end, I almost felt bad for the individual trying to gain access, as I denied each attempt.
Good luck getting Niantic to change its ways. It doesn't learn well from experience.
I wonder…how much of this applies to people in the EU (with GDPR and all of the other data protection in the EU) because this could get Niantic in quite a lot of legal trouble…
Definitely True my account got hacked and stolen I've had it since 2016 and one day boom it just wouldn't let me log on so I tried for few days and just decided to make a new account and I was creating content that's why my channel is just one shots rn because have to build all my Battle ready Mons back up!
dude, not this topic but all the other content creators or whatever saying there's no algorithm in GBL who don't have the balls to even name you when they talk about your channel (I won't name names) are pissing me off. I know damned well there's an algorithm for battling, I've got a ton of research into it from day to day and have gone through likelihoods of hard counters opening it was over 80% true which is WAY beyond a standard statistical variance. People like you have showed this time and time again, but these bigger sell-outs that suck the proverbial D of Niantic for support are garbage. I'm so glad there's an honest, non-corrupted content creator for this game. Keep doing what you do, you're doing Arceus' work lol
