potential in terms of ips. but trying to be smash will always lead to failure.

Game looking dope. Lookin forward to coppin it

The first one was fine. I played it a little, but I always found myself just moving to Smash Bros for a much better experience. Still though, this new one looks like a step in the right direction. Looks like a big improvement on all fronts.
LogansDaddy96
They’re gonna make these every fucking year like the kart racing ones. No thanks.

The first one came and went like a fart in the wind and now theyre going to make a second? Why not just do a roster updates? I’m assuming they’re changing a lot if that’s the case, at least I’d like to think so
Uncanny_Doom
I’ll give this game an honest try but the biggest issue every Smashlike game has had for 20 years is just trying to be Melee Part 2.
Hammet02
They said the same thing when the first came out.

Game looks promising but I can’t help but be bummed about a lot of the roster decisions

smash bros found dead in a ditch

I remember the last one didn’t lean enough into the Nickelodeon stuff and using dialogue.

Hell yeah. The first game was my jam. Very fast paced, characters with surprisingly deep movesets (and some really, goofy moves on some of them). Toph’s kit just spoke to me, even though she wasn’t top tier I felt like MY Toph was top tier.
Super looking forward to this. The game kinda died out which, to be honest, wasn’t that surprising. It’d be cool if this time around it had a little more hype around it and can sustain a healthy player base, considering it has cross play and voice acting this time around.

Unlike the cart.

The only brawl game that had potential to rival smash was PlayStation all stars because it did thing’s completely different and was actually really fun. If they made a sequel and improved things and had more characters it would be a ton of fun. This game will be garbage just like the first one
Timbo303
They seem to be misding catdog and bunch of other characters. Yeah this will flop I main catdog and this is not a good sign.
Tacothekid
So was the first one, but all we got was Powdered Toast Man
kevenzz
Ren & Stimpy on the Technodrome… ok
anyway nothing will ever beat smash ultimate.

Can’t justify paying $60 for NASB2 after NASB1 being such a letdown, but here I am believing in the devs again.
*obligatory ps. rip oblina catdog powdered toast man sandy and helga*

This is made by the same company that put out the recent King Kong game…

Take with a grain of salt. I noticed news outlets massively hype and talk up every game only to never speak of them again the second its released and move on to the next. Its just paid marketing
Unrully_Rully
I bought the first one at full price. I won’t be fooled again.
SensualEnema
I won’t even consider buying it until it stops pretending to be a physical release and actually puts a cart in the box. Fuck shady sell tactics . . . .
