I was sorta hoping they’d name the successor the SF Engine. It works as both letters are the next in the alphabet *and* it’s an acronym for a major Capcom franchise.
REX still sounds cool though, eager to see how it all pans out.

Figured this would be worth sharing considering that Capcom was [the reason why the Switch had more RAM](https://www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSwitch/comments/j6u1no/daniel_ahmad_confirms_in_2017_capcom_revealed/) than Nintendo initially planned. It’d be really interesting if something like that happened again with the Switch’s successor.
