I have a bunch of collections of different fun CP values, and they are pretty much exclusively caught in the wild as is, but I found out that my perfect spinarak can be powered up to 420 if I want it to. Do the collectors on this sub count it if you have to power up to get it there?

I’m trying to shinies of every recurring number (11, 22, 33, so on, will probably stop at 3333 unless I get lucky with a slaking or something), powering up definitely counts for me
