    I wouldn’t purify. Those IVs are great on a Shadow pokemon. It could be pretty good in Ultra League. If you want to use it for mega, then purify. Once you level it up and evolve it, it’ll be good either way. CPs low cause it’s got a low level, lol.

    Since it’s so low, it’s Cp will obviously be low. If you don’t power it up, the Cp will stay low. Don’t judge a Pokémon’s value from its starting CP
