I’m pretty sure it’s your daily encounter, at least that’s what I think it is called, and it will stay there all day or until you catch it

It’s not a glitch, that’s your daily spawn. You get 1 guaranteed spawn per day so that no matter where you are, you have the chance to catch 1 pokemon a day. It has a thicker white band around it on the map, and stays there for the whole calendar day until midnight.
