I’ve been playing Botw and Totk with the kids and they love watching me fight monsters.
I noticed there aren’t really any Zelda related toys apart from the master sword and some other ones, but nothing for the latest games and I’m not buying the amiibos.
It’s a shame, really. Totk action figures would be amazing, I think.
So, being a 3D Artist, I decided to make my own. I started with a bokoblin, because it’s my favorit monster from the series. Did the modeling and sculpting whenever I had some time and printed the parts over the last couple of weekends. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. Still needs some clean-up and I’m going to paint it up as well at some point. It’s a little big, so i might print the next one at 60-70% scale. Currently it’s a bit over 6” (~16cm) tall, which is too big for the kids to play with properly. But it’s the prototype anyway, still trying things out.
Anyway, thought someone here might get a kick out of it.
