unsurprising, even before Nintendo evergreen effect, 2D Mario had a reputation of having great legs.

> Meanwhile, Animal Crossing: New Horizons took the No.10 spot following a 34% rise in sales.
Madness. What’s going on here? Lots of people bought their first Switch for Wonder, then bought ACNH?!

Wonder might not sell insanely well on the first month, like TOTK but I can definitely see being one of the selling games of every month for years to come, like MK8D.

Just started playing SMW, it’s fun but why are the levels so short?? I feel like the game is going by so quickly.

I’ve bought it to play with the family on Christmas. I’m totally excited for it.

I feel like this game has an insane ceiling for total sales, like 40+ million. The only x-factor is that it came out towards the end of Switch’s life but I’m sure that it will continue to sell on the next console just as Mario Kart did on Switch.

I am curious if Nintendo thought Wonder would do as well as it has. They knew it would have good sales because it’s Mario, but it seems to be selling really well.
