I got back I to pokemon go pretty late. I assume it’s impossible to do 60 raids in time at this point unless I want to buy premium passes? Or is there a way to get multiple free raid passes daily?

Unless you already have a stash of about 40 raid passes in your bag already, you will have to purchase additional passes to finish that in time.
You could maybe make it a little less worse by getting coins from gyms but not by much tbh
