Question about appraisal’s



I’ve been playing this game for a while but after joining this subreddit I have noticed people talking about the star appraisals. I’m wondering which one of these three Magmar’s would be the best to evolve? All feedback is welcomed I’m trying my best to learn all these new terms I see on here. Thank you!

    This is called IV’s the one with CP of 1003 is the best that you have. Each bar has an IV of 15 and each block within the bar is 5. When all of the bars are filled they are considered perfect or 100% iv. Yours has an IV of 39 or 86%. I mean this one is decent. I usually hold out for 96-98% or better. I had one of these days ago with simular results and for me i transfered it. I wasn’t that great for me.

    I would definately look up some videos on IV’s in pokemon go
