Just long enough since the announcement that I have procured a PS5 and a copy of this game. Was excited for it on the switch but it took too long with barely any news updates

This game gets a ton of love from the community. I played a few hours of it, it just didn’t click with me for some reason. The ship controls are really hard and the gameplay/story is just ok. I feel like I’m missing something about this game

This is one of my favorite games of all time. People, give this game a chance and go in blind. The less you know the better. I truly believe it’s one of the greatest video games of all time.
It’s kinda a meme about people recommending this game while refusing to elaborate why, but it’s because the game is such a unique experience where your only point of progression is knowledge. There’s no abilities, no skills, zero unlocks, no missions, absolutely nothing. It’s an open world set in a cartoony space fairing society in which it’s finally your character’s first day they get to go to space themselves. And that’s all you know. You’ll have zero idea what the game even is for a bit. There’s no arrows pointing you anywhere. But it’s amazing the developers were able to still make a wildly compelling narrative that still sticks with me years after I played this game.
So if what I said sounds appealing, give it a shot.

I was excited to play it on the Switch but by the time the porting was announced I bought the game for the PS4, bought a Steam Deck and bought the game again on Steam… Fantastic game tho

Nintendo Switch can’t be stopped. I have a feeling that games will still be published for the Switch well into the release of the next Nintendo console.

It was full of bugs and the gameplay was broken. I hope it’s been fixed since.

I was holding out playing this, because it was supposed to come to switch in summer 2021 and I wanted to play it handheld. THen I caved and bought it on my PS4. That was two years ago lol.
Anyway, great game. Play it if you haven’t, and go in completely blind if you can.

Hopefully there will be a physical release even if it’s limited. May not happen but I’d love a physical copy and the one for PS4 goes for a pretty steep price
