That final email sounds like exactly what they told me when I said the exact amount of passes used when they locked shiny shadow zapdos (they gave about 3 passes I used at least 50)

Edit: Just been around the internet, apparently the fast catch method ban was an error on niantics part, it does NOT break their ToS.. Niantic have acknowledged this
I've had my last charge move lagged out many times. You're about to win, all of a sudden lag spike, and you're getting hit the whole time.
It's odd how niantic don't have two step verification to stop stolen accounts or help about that issue 11:18 if i got that appeal message like that would most likely quit spending money here and there don't do it that often
So I was doing battles in the ultra league and I go against this one opponent with 3 extremely bulky Pokémon. And my team hard countered it but when we would use charge moves it would stay on the screen doing nothing for like 10 seconds. And what happens the opponent wins with three Pokémon because of it. I think opponents can lag the game. But I don’t know if it’s a hack or not. And no it wasn’t my internet because it didn’t happen the games before or after
Is that why the gbl matches lag after throwing game winning charge moves? I didn't even know people could cheat in gbl. I assume people get salty and close the app or something and that is what causes it. First call of duty and now this? sad days in gaming. no honor.
That thing in go battle league happened to me a few times after October 25. The last opposing pokemon was on 1 hp and I couldn't do anything. And also there were other issues with crashing and me just tapping the screen and nothing happening. I have a super stable internet connection and very low ping.
Not to mention a ton of bugs due to which I lose my raid passes on raids and sometimes the support just doesn't care at all and you get automated responces and no compensation at all.
And a ton of other small and not so small bugs and issues.
Literally lately with every update and event there are new bugs and they don't care about fixing them at all.
The game just keeps being flooded with more and more bugs and that's it.
I can't tolerate and understand how a company with such an income doesn't care about fixing bugs at all or testing before the updates or events come out for them to come out without issues like all other games do.
Because of that I've been burning out through the last months with a ton of issues and not even support can help me, nor the issues get fixed and **as a result I stopped playing completely 1-2 weeks ago**. I feel it's a waste of time and disrespect to myself for me to push myself to play a game that developers don't care about at such degree.
I got suspended for buying pokecoins from ebay. Was a great deal, got 14,500 coins for 25 bucks but I wont be doing that again.
That exact no attacking bug at the end of the battle happened to me when I came back to the game after three months and it took until the next day to win a game
my buddy was able to get my account back from it being banned. still have my account till this day. niantic is so useless.
Poke you won’t believe this. I’m garbage at this game to begin with and also like to stick around the 2000 MR mark because you can use a lot more spicy/fun picks in that rank and I’m not joking when I say 1 out of 3 people is using the discord exploit EVEN AT THAT RANK! It’s sad. What’s even worse is Niantic couldn’t care less. I wish the Pokémon company knew about this; at least in the main series games Nintendo pretends to care about us but here we are nothing more than disposable wallets to Niantic. It’s a wonderful game, but the company has lost all touch with its player base
this is not a highly competitive game where people hold tournaments or anything like that. They shouldn't even ban people for cheating when the game devs dont even take the game seriously.
Can someone tell me how to file a damn bug report so when I like PvP and stuff I send out a shiny Pokémon and the sparkles aren’t there like I know it’s not big but it irritates me for some reason and I’m sure it’s a small bug and if someone else also experienced this please let me know

The go battle league thing I had alot too I thought my connection might be bad but it happend 4/5 times and even 4 times in a row which was very suspicious but now I know thanks a lot

There are cheating issues in every flipping video game..
I recently received a threat from Niantic that they want to ban my account because of my Wayspot submissions. They said it is because the submission was "too generic". I made an appeal via Pogo. Their reply was that they looked at my account and the threat is correct. They added that it is because the submissions are low quality and not to their standards. I always do good submissions. My images and detail is always complete. But even so, why threaten to ban people for investing in your company?

I also do not do GBL for months. My game freezes almost every time at the last battle, and most of the times it happens when I am winning. I have to close the game, because nothing is working.
Wow just wow. For the person whose account was hacked, it’s very easy to settle that. All Niantic has to do is request a receipt from the early stages of the account. We all have spent money on this game let’s be honest even if it was .99 cents. They can easily request a receipt from the first purchase. For us as a player our phones keep track of our mobile purchases whether it’s from Apple or google. Nia tic is making things way harder than they should be. But hey what can we expect this games customer crevice has been horrible since day 1. They are adding more fuel to the fire with these ban waves.
Im glad you said it cause im never heard my pogo rating is a 1 star with a great commet but its on def ears call it like it is. So many love the game and the potential is there just seems there ro big to care.
You have got to be kidding me…. they want me to wait for a stupid ball shake animation and waste 30m trying to catch 15 pokemon? Day 1 player here, love the features they are pushing but all these banwaves should be targeted towards the people consistently spoofing across the world for 100iv mons and etc.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit against niantic, that simple.

Funny you posted this today…I decided to add a few more hours of play today. And near the end it felt like I was soft banned….spawns were far more sparse than I was used to in an area. Ya definitely the pvp is way unfair…I plan to just get Ace for now on and call it quits. It's not worth it.
