Only up to the village outside so far/lvl9, and have crashed once while Revelio-ing a hallway.
I’m still puzzled why they made all the shops instanced behind the 30s loading screens, when parts of Hogwarts castle just have a brief rotating load icon on the door and off you go.
But overall, I’m having fun so far. My only real pet peeve is the menu is so thumbstick dependent. I don’t like that in games with a controller. Just let me D-pad around and press A, instead of dragging the thumbstick all the way over first. It’s the stupid reason why I thought I got hit with the rumored language select bug at first, because the buttons did nothing while English was selected, but the cursor was somewhere in the void.

Sh yes nothing like trying to enjoy your favourite game with shit performance. Money well spent.

I’ve really had no major issues and any issues I do have can be worked around. I knew exactly what I was buying and so my expectations have been met. The main thing these ports keep teaching me is that Scarlet/Violet really have no excuse. This has run smoother, I’m not joking

Just by watching this, it shows pokemon scarlet and violet have no fucking excuse about their poor performance.

Level 8 and been to Hogsmeade. Overall I think the mechanics are really fun and intuitive! I was skeptical at first, but if you are a HP fan then this game shouldn’t disappoint.

wow this is actually amazing. yea it’s downgraded to heck but for the size of the switch. remember Nintendo’s last portable was the 3ds.

If you have only switch go ahead and get this. If you have another platform / decent pc get it on that for better visuals, more smooth and way less price

My only concern is that in-game rendered cutscenes seem to be terribly blurry. Normal in-game cutscenes look fine, but the ones where you are switching back and forth between pre-rendered and live gameplay just look awful.

Was waiting for this on Switch since I like to play handheld but after getting my PS Portal I think I move get it on PlayStation instead.

they’ve done a decent job, but there’s still a fair bit of blur.

I wouldn’t buy this on the switch at all because I have a pc and a ps5, but this game being available on the switch I’m sure means a lot to people who only have a switch. Hopefully despite the graphics being much worse people can still enjoy it!

Been enjoying it on switch, no complaints here
