Spoilers: It doesn’t
JRosfield
I’m good.
Spooky_Blob
Yeah and I’m actually a highly intelligent spider.
Thirdatarian
I’ll believe it when I fucking see it.

Me and my lv. 100 team: *Are you sure about that?*

If every trainer was Ogre Clan level, it would definitely be one of the most difficult pieces of content GF has put out.
But I doubt that’s the case.
Edit: looks like that may actually be the case;

I wish it could finally offer anti-aliasing and a stable frame rate.

Battle Tower/Frontier/Maison/Subway where

For years I’ve been think that Game Freak was hiding behind the sub-powerful machines (handhelds) and the moment they need to develop for a “higher” end machine, they just couldn’t figure out how to make it work.
Either that or their ambition is so high that the hardware lacks the features they need to envision their dream.

Are we pretending difficulty was the problem with this game now?
Sh_ne2500
I don’t see the word fixed
Rougesu11ie
Bro just playing the base game is a tough adventure due to the technical problems.
PappaKiller
It is already a tough Pokemon adventure on account of the bugs.
Abasakaa
Playing this game at all is tough, and it’s not connected to the difficulty
speckospock
Actually pretty neat. Sounds like there might be some battle tower type endgame content too.
Yeah yeah, I get it, gamefreak bad or whatever. Idk
Crazyripps
The tough adventure makes it so you have even less frames and mountains still move when you run up to them. Real tough now
Hahndude
Honestly though, is it still an absolute mess technical wise? I’m not trolling I’d love to get back into the game but it plays like absolute trash.
Mikejd54
Until Gamefreak actually puts effort into a somewhat polished game, I’m not getting any DLC. I’m sick of being disappointed.
Builder_liz
People should be strong enough by now good
Drakkeur
Never buying it
handsomewolves
Sadly, if they don’t actually do any fixes to the game I just won’t buy any of the DLCs, even though I want to
KeyCaptain1239
Maybe make the game actually run well and not look like garbage before you release more paid content? How little does nintendo/pokemon respect their paid customers? (Hint its 0)

Wish it offered an adventure that worked…

Man I want to love and play the game so bad but the performance issues legitimately start to make me feel physically nauseous when playing. I kept my copy of Violet from long ago thinking no way would they not do something about how bad they are and yet they haven’t done shit about it since release…

“Tough Pokémon adventure” I can only think of weeny hut jr
FireResistant
I hope it is tough. But npcs cant make reads or pivots so i dont think it will ever be tough enough.
End of the day its still gotta be beatable by children.
Flabby-Nonsense
Can it offer a game that doesn’t feel cheap and look horrible? Gamefreak has to be one of the laziest game developers out there.
meghantraining
But will it take more than like 8 hours to beat
ObeyReaper
Yeah I would consider buying the DLC if they ever dropped a performance patch…
Asklepios89
Well if they are trying to get adult audiences to buy this then tough luck. I think even most people like me who blindly buy the next pokemon every year have been burnt by the sheer arrogance of game freak. S&V ran unacceptably bad at launch and continues to do so despite patches. It’s people like me who have been the problem.
But fuck off GF, you don’t get money from me for your next game till I read multiple 10/10 reviews and see a consistent 30/60fps gameplay with my own eyes on digital Foundry . Sold my copy of S&V recently and got some of the money back.
XxvapeXxXgodXx
Yea. The toughest part is gonna be trying to get through 10 fps with clay textures and pop in like you’ve never seen before
