I’d say yes, only because of the massive CP it has. That’s basically on the limit of the wild CP range, so you saved hundreds of candy you’d have to use to power one of lower level.
And if it bothers you that the stats aren’t ideal, there’s always the option to do a lucky trade with someone else to improve the stats. If you get someone to best friend you can then become lucky friends and do a mirror trade.

What I like to think is that if you catch a galarian bird, you can lucky trade it with someone else. I have three people I can trade with, and they are all willing to do a lucky bird4bird trade. Cant do a bird4bird trade if you dont have a bird to give!
