Awesome! Please don’t purify shadow shiny, as they can be more powerful in PvP/PvE and soon you will discover that shadow shinies are much rarer than normal/purified shinies. For example, you can always find another bellsprout during a future event and hunt it for it’s shiny in the field, while rocket grunts are a rarer occurence and the available pool is rotated routinely, so you won’t alwayd have a chance at hunting shadow shinies.

Shiny shadows are just as rare as purified shinies. They’re exactly as rare as each other. The only benefit to shadow pokémon over purified pokémon is that a shadow pokémon will have a 20% attack boost but in this case you’ll never use this for raids or pvp, so it didn’t matter at all or make it any less rare by purifying it. You can’t have a purified pokémon if it wasn’t first shadow, if anything purified are more rare than shadow since most people don’t purify.
Anyway, I prefer to keep mine as shadow pokémon for the attack boost but some people like to purify them for the boost to IVs. It’s whatever you want to do. In case you didn’t know, when you purify a shadow pokémon it will boost it’s IVs by 2 points in each category displayed in pogo. There are ofc other IVs that each pokémon has such as special attack and speed but pogo only displays attack, defense, and hp for some reason.
