Unfortunately it’s not good for raids or battle league. If you have spare candies and extra stardust laying around, why not though. Always nice to eventually have a maxed out level of every Pokémon in the dex.

It’ll change into whatever you’re battling and if that thing is weak to itself like ghost or dragon it can be useful a bit because you don’t have to waste more dust on those things but only in some cases. If the Pokemon you’re against doesn’t have the right moves it won’t be good. If you go against Gengar and it has sludge bomb that’s not going to work. But if it has shadow ball you’ll do good damage against it.

Congratulations on the Lucky and getting a ditto.
Good is a very relative term as is rare.
We don’t know your whole inventory, or how often you get lucky, rare, or better pokemon.
All we can tell you is that he’s very cute, has got a decent IV, being lucky and that the unique “transform” ability can be super effective if used right in the right circumstances. It can counter some pretty powerful opening moves… but that is pretty situational, too.
This is certainly a good pokemon to hold on to if nothing else is cute as all heck.

I think I would boost it just shy of 500, for when they have those PVP cups that require >500cp. Though sometimes it’s the baby cup, and I don’t know ditto qualifies

I maxed (to Level 40, price to Level 50 introduction) out my 100% random wild Ditto. It’s awesome to see a little pink blob have fun in gyms.
