Any hundo is good in my opinion. Same as shiny.

The only real use is for PvP.
So you would want it to have PvP IVs.
On top of this you would want to receive the mon from a trade to evolve it without 200 candy.
And generally it’s not super meta in PvP rn. Maybe in those small cups.
Don’t waste dust or candy on this just put it in storage and forget about it.
