Well I decided to pay to play for this controversial Mix Scout, since I basically have very few of the old pairs from previous years. Hopefully this will be worth the Paid gems. This is a decent start, 18 pulls in and getting Red venusaur which is the 2% featured unit. Hoping for the older units though!
Red venusaur is an insane grass type unit. His dynamax move gives grassy terrain, which let’s him use giga frenzy plant which targets all enemies. He also has razor leaf for dps and all target damage. His trainer move boosts his physical and Special defences. His passives boost his attack and Special attack upon entry into battle. He also can heal the party with mini potion all. Every hit to enemies lowers their attack and Special attack by 1. Overall a solid unit, if not for the fact that his EX doesn’t change anything about him. Dena probably made him just to be the poster character for the banner, and he’s not a bad unit, but disappointing that they didn’t even change his outfit.
He will be good to use for striking in the grass type high score event next month
