Damm it actually looks pretty exciting. This probably will put my faith back in SV.

This looks pretty fun especially with the returning legendaries. I’ll probably get back to SV once this DLC releases so I can play both back-to-back. Nice filler before the JRPG behemoth that is Q1 2024.

Yo my boy Kieran got all dripped out after getting mindbroken by the MC netoraring him of Ogerpon.

Meanwhile I’m still waiting for the Cassette Beasts multiplayer update

  5. cavalier_54

Can’t wait! Are they adding all the legendaries and starters? That’s insane

Looks like a new Elite Four and focus on Doubles finally. That was so disappointing to not get to do it much in the main game. The new forms look good too. I want my Bridge Dragon.

The trailer is super well-done and looks very good. I’m actually excited for all of the content including in the second part of the DLC. The combination of music and visuals in the trailer are cleverly crafted to elicit excitement, and it definitely worked on me.

That being said, I’m still not expecting the performance to be any better than what we’ve already seen with the game so far, but I’m still sure I’ll have fun with the content despite the performance issues.

These trailers are always presented in such a grand way and then there’s just eerie/comical silence as NPCs in emotive scenes don’t speak and you just hear the “plink, plink” of the text box…

Maybe the next gen Nintendo hardware will be able to brute force this game into having acceptable performance.

    Until then, I’ll pass.

Well it certainly doesn’t look lacking in new content that’s for sure.

I’m really excited, despite its indefensible performance issues I still maintain that Scarlet was the most fun I’ve had with a Pokemon game, mainline or spinoff, since B2/W2. The Teal Mask was a fun side story but this looks like a good post story addition to a post story that I already enjoy. It also has Totodile, which immediately improves the game in my Totodile-loving heart.

Now I just need to finish the new game I just started…

i’m so happy to have a better way to shiny hunt legendaries because the raid dens in Sw/Sh took way too long

Brother they out here releasing dlc and the only question should be

Have they fixed the damn game yet?

  13. Zactrick

Did they fix this games garbage perfomance yet

  14. mrgodfro

I just really hope the next pokemon actually runs better on whatever the next hardware is, because other than shit tier performance o have had a blast with violet. After beating the main game, I regularly came back just to shiny hunt sometimes and explore and this looks great too. Just fuck me the fps and mid tier graphics is just so unfortunate.

I don’t give a single care about legendary pokemon anymore. Unless they make them bossfights like Ogerpon was, I’m skipping them.

  16. PM_ME_YOUR_MONTRALS

Any one else most excited about endgame quests?

  17. XmenSlayer

Good thing i play emulated. Cause on the switch it runs like hot doodoo. Area zero looks like its running in the single digits sometimes. And now we go back down there.

  18. PrinnyWantsSardines

Did they fix the shitty framerate?

  19. Memphisrexjr

They keep adding dlc but refuse to optimize the game.

  20. Ok-Leave3121

I can’t wait for the DLC. I’m excited to see some the returning regional pokemon like Alolan Ninetales and Galarian Slowpoke plus the starter Pokemon too
