I think Rockruff makes more sense than Sandile, personally. Timburr's shiny was out in raids for a while before its comm day, similar to Klink and Rockruff.
Noibat was not a brand new shiny as it was released during Haloween 2022. September could also be a smoliv community day. Similarly, we can also have a pawni community day early next year, similar to how we got fletchling community day 3 months after its release.
All those options are good but what I’m looking forward to the most, is CDC Beldum. I need a shiny, lots of XL candy. That way when the Mega comes out I have a shiny maxed out.

Ferroseed only evolves once with 50 candies so I'm not seeing it. I have been looking for Shiny Aron FOREVER and have not found one yet, so I'm all down for it. Darumaka would be fantastic as well.
Guesses for Classics: Bagon, Ralts, & Cyndaquil, and the already told Porygon. Would really prefer Beldum over Bagon, but Bagon is next in their psuedo rotation if they're sticking to that cycle.
As for new guesses, obviously we're getting the Gen 7 starters, Chansey, & Goomy. Hoping to see maybe Pawniard, Rufflet, Tynamo as for the others. Idk.
The Adamant Time event seem to be waste of Time event. Nothing is too excited in this event. Increase shiny rate going to be 1/125 odds. Those pokemon during this event players already caught a lot because already introduced since Pokemon Go was debut.
