How did your kid save 40k stardust? My enthusiastic Pokémon-fan nephew desperately wants a Mewtwo and I’d be delighted to trade one to him, but the kid keeps spending his stardust on level-ups and has nowhere near enough for a special trade. Okay, he’s only 5, but I’m wondering if there was a story or technique you have to convince him to SAVE it.

I had to grind stardust on my kid’s account after I kept catching Mewtwo on his phone, but not mine when we raided together.
Kid also kept getting other legendary shinies while I got the standards, so frustrating.
Fortunately he just wants Gibles in return.

Classic uncle trade too but them dang kids can’t save stardust to save their lives. Christmas is coming up and I told them save everything since thanksgiving and I have a feeling neither of them are getting the shinies they want let alone their own legendary.

These are the trades I make with my gf during the guaranteed XL candy seasons also lol. She doesn’t play or raid much unless I make her, but she’s also the only person I can reliably trade with… so she all my dud lengendaries so I can harvest the XLs from them
