So I bought these joycons for my switch and they feel great. I was using the Hori Split Pad Compact/Fit before. The regular split pad felt slightly too wide imo. These feel perfect though. They are very similar to an xbox controller. I did swap out the green thumbsticks for my xbox one thumbsticks. The thumbsticks were larger and almost completely flat with little to no grip at all. The xbox thumbsticks were a perfect fit and made it feel much better. They are going to have replacement metal ring thumbsticks later on but for now I’m sticking with the xbox ones. If you like xbox thumbsticks I would recommend this simple mod. Taking the controller apart was as easy as it can be. Remove the four screws in the back and lift. The battery is just held down with a sticky rubber material so its easy to move out of the way of the screws in the smaller thumbsticks pcb. The vibration is strong but its basic. I’m going to see if a regular joycon motor would work to make this product better. As of now I’m playing with vibration off.
