I’m super lucky for this Community Day. It’s my only day off that weekend. Shadow Ho-oh raid weekend I’m not so lucky.
Spirit shackle has been revealed to be 50 damage for 40 energy, so 60 damage due to STAB. It also has a 33% to debuff your opponents defense. I hope Niantic buffs this move to 55 damage or the debuff chance to 50% though

I dont know how you do this every day without losing your mind man, i literally had to go punch my heavy bag after my sets today, im getting HARD countered every set and i have to work magic and catch 27 moves to win a game. To say that im getting over this game is an understatement
