Today, I have some bad news to share with y’all. It does seem like Old Rockruff you may have on your account will NOT have a chance to evolve into the Dusk Form of Lycanroc. I read this too. Have to hatch it during the event to be able to evolve sadly so any shinies have to come from eggs if you want it…

They could have made you evolve it at dusk like in sun and moon they just doing that for money
