Hello,
after about 20 Cliff’s I finally got a shiny shadow dratini, but since it’s “only” a one star shadow is it worth investing in or should I wait and hope for a better one? I know (at least heard) that even a 0 star shadow is stronger than a 100% IV. And does the current Rotation stay after the next takeover or do they change it and it won’t be likely that I will get enough tries to get another one? Thanks in advance!
