The new season of Timeless Travel has been announced with buffs to pokemon like talonflame, toxicroak, and azumarill and nerfs to steelix breaking swipe and medicham. Here is a full analysis of the new buffs, nerfs, and pokemon with new moves.

its nice that they atleast give us a week of no "world cup" team builds..even though people showcase teams here, anyone with an iQ knows it's not what they're using to get their real climbing done. them doing this pretty much confirms the showcases and reels here are to bait people off of good teams to help make the climb easier for anyone not taking the bait. they don't usually change the banned mons in this cup too much because they don't have to. winning teams don't change from season to season, youtubers trying to shift metas does

I'd believe this list was actually pulled from player data if niantic were willing to confirm it was. Building new mons is expensive and these mons are still useable- I wouldn't be surprised if they still saw substantial player numbers.

No Gligar on the banned list is really the one that sticks out to me the most that they clearly donāt pay attention or put any effort into looking at GBL at allš¤¦āāļø

Super surprised theyāre letting us use Cres. I get the feeling Skarmoryās gonna be everywhere so maybe it wonāt be that good but I doubt that crossed their mind when the made the banlist. At this point Iām wondering if thereās a viable way for the player-base to vote for remix banlists in later seasons instead of letting Niantic handle it.
Iām feeling hopeful for my Emolga/Swampert core to be usable this week. If it does end up being a dragon heavy meta that might be rough, but maybe moonblast Cres as a third would help.
I had a Hisuin Electrode that I decided to break out in fear of the skarmory mudboi cores with lanturn gone and man it put it in work.

Literally all of these PokĆ©mon were great last seasonā¦ what are we even talking about. Yeah they missed a few but most of these shouldāve been banned.
