I’m not very good at pvp and recently found out you want IVs as close to 0/15/15 as possible. I think this houndour is the closest pokemon I got and I want to know what I should do with it. In my current level (39) I can only get the houndour to 1242 cp, and if I evolve it the houndoom would be 1682 cp. I guess 1242 cp isn’t good enough for great league and I wonder if I should evlove it and use it for ultra league?
