A concept of mine for a region where you get either Rattata, Sentret, or G-Zigzagoon as a starter; through story events, they evolve into Pokegods with the stats of legendaries (due to how busted everything in this region is, you’ll need them.) Ratican is an homage to the infamous Raticlaw.
