Basically, by 2024, Indonesia will require all companies, both foreign and domestic to establish ID-based entities and Nintendo, well idk since Maxsoft is the distributor there (but idk if the Switch is officially sold there) might have to start one.

I’m just a random Redditor but this sounds ridiculous. So cuz only 0.5% of the money spent on games in Indonesia go to the domestic game industry they want foreign companies to set up in Indonesia? Lmao
I don’t get why OP is getting downvoted, OP is just sharing news that is related to Nintendo.
They could always just abandon ship. Then the Indoneese will have to import their stuff.
