Woah I love these designs, my favourites the fire starter

Is the first stage grass starter a strawberry wombat?

  3. ok time for infodump about them, first thing is that its a brazil region and even thou not all galar mons are british coded and not all unova are american coded not every mon from my dex will be but i wanted to all 3 of my starters to be brasil-coded in some extent

grass one- capybaras ou capivaras in portuguese are a south america animal and i want to portrait it like a florest nymph/spirit that atract animals around her

fire one – theres this brazilian cryptid called mapinguari that is know for having red fur one eye and a mouth in his belly, this is already a solid design by default do it was a easy one

water one – so theres a syren in native brazilian folklore exactly like the european one (half fish lady bait man with its voice to the water blah blah blah) but we already have primarina, so i go for something more dark, they ended up more like those sea monsters from old movies but i put some native tatos on them so is brazilian enough for me

As a brazilian , I love the folklore references

They literally just kept getting better, these are amazing!

I normally pick grass, which I adore, but the water type is super awesome imo too!!! Honestly a really hard decision for myself.

I love these! But having 1 be an animal and the other 2 be folklore references kinda breaks up the connection, makes them feel less like a working unit and more like 2 starters and an early route pokemon. Canon starters type have something that keeps them related, or absolutely nothing, having 2 be connected and one not feels a little weird

I love the first stage fire and final stage water. Although, neither line really feels like starters.
