Ridiculous its during the day when people work and cant use remote raid passes. Basically makes it so most cant get it. Then add in how many people would have to be there in person to actually raid it.
Every time I see people complain about spoofers, we are reminded by situations like this as to why they exist. THEY can do these raids with no problem at all. They don’t have to worry about being in a rural area. They can raid from home for that entire duration. Niantic’s goal is to get people raiding more in person, while placing an event in the middle of a workday in the middle of the week, which also requires a handful of decent trainers as well.
For those that spoof, I get it. Niantic is really just making it more enticing at this point.
Wait… what??? These are going to be like the old Ex-Raids in that they're going to be in limited gyms? I was under the impression that this was going to be in all gyms? When was this announced? If so, Niantic really (whatever euphemism you want to use here)…

Raids like this where you cant invite others is sad for me as i dont have any mutuals to play together, so i have not done any shadow legendary raids till now now.

Not only am I working, but have plans later that day. Niantic hates ppl. If I do come across one, is it a tanky Pokémon, or can at least 4 ppl take it?
Have to remember, although Mega Rayquaza might not have the proper typing, it's "mega" stays in the group. You are going down the right path, the typing it boosts is just something not anyone is going to bring to the group. This "mega" boost stays even AFTER it faints, provided that player is still in the group. This also goes for Kyogre and Groudon, but Mega Rayquaza raw dps outclasses everything in the game (why is made the list).

Worst raid event. There are 9 gyms in my area. No enamourous raids at 5pm and no raids at 6pm.
Looked on maps and there was a random one at a secluded park in the next suburb. There won't even be players there!
Also, raid hour was cancelled? Since when?

I fiscally cant get it theres one or 2 spawns all day and no one in my town does raids i had 14 raid passes saved this event was a scam
In total area how do I find people to rapids with IN PERSON?! I have a few gyms but I can’t even find anyone to remote raid with let alone in person! Idk HOW to find my local tiny town people to even try to dominate with PLEASE HELP ASAP!! Thanks!
Drove and see not one person in plain sight at2 different raids not one person. Goes to show how. Dull this game is going and how much people really care lol. The only ones that do is content creators and die hard that has to have every pokemon.i can live without it. Not worth going out of my way to see nobody and missing out.
Believe me everyone I end getting no one today and especially no help any of my friends whatsoever and that really disappointed me to much and I thought I made new friends and but I was wrong and they just took a raid somewhere else so I wouldn’t be able to get it and I find so rude when I needed help and I even text my friends and I said I wanna help today and and we can help each other I sent this text to my friends and what do I get no text back from new friends and real friends don’t do to someone and again just not cool with me and so I have decided I am going to a better place from now on off, to a campus college so that way i could get better help and hopefully next time I can really get all the help I can get for in the future 😢heartfelt
