Beyond the Hype. I created this series as there is a lot of click bait and false impressions of pokemon and I want to give you a real in depth analysis of whether a pokemon is worth spending dust and candies on.

This week is master league and evolution cup. Evolution Cup is a 1500CP Great League that only allows second stage evolutions. So a vigoroth cup.

I hit legend in GBL for the 16th straight season. This is the team I used Hakmo-o, vigoroth and golbat

    There's a 3,000? My rating just always floats between 1800-2200.
    I'll get up to 2200 and then some BS Cup comes along for which I have no Pokemon, and it drags me back down to 1800.

    It's funny that everyone is seeing but choosing to ignore all the Crocalors, we see them, go "oh" and instantly forget about them in pity for the trainers that are insisting on them.

    Also interesting that I never saw a shadow Gloom at all even though it was hyped.

    i have 0-12-12 jangmo and stil dont have enough candys for power up and unlock second charge move, so i use shadow dnair

    That dragon is the meta breaker baby but I don’t use him in the lead just bc there are to many Golbats/Am ice going around in the lead! Vegoroth is a good lead even agains Dragonair!
    As for where the game is well someone that hits 16 times legend in a game that is not dedicated to PvP it gets boring really fast 1-5 congrats 7- am up so you hit legend again… what you want a medal or something! Lol

    14:38 I think the opponent was already at the move 3, 2,3 for x scissors. (They were at 5 after they switched in) they probably threw one more volt switch for good timing

    It's a stupid pose but it's my first Legend run. Took me forever to try to hit Legend rank but for the first time, I invested in GBL-relevant Pokemon, played the hell out of the Open Ultra League due to said invested Pokemon, played most of my sets whenever the meta seems to favor me (OUL, Hisui) and got to Legend before this fast move bug could potentially reduce my chances and before this awful Evolution Cup meta. I'll comment on your other video there about what I think about the game, but point is, it's my first Legend pose, a stupid one to you but a memorable one for me. All aboard! (Ingo's thing as a train conductor.)
