The final stages proportions make it look much smaller than it is(maybe try a smaller head and bigger body) and the Middle isnt unique compared to the other two, pretty good other than that

I like your art style but please consider not having it be based on the w*nd*g*.
That creature is not a deer! and making a deer-creature be named that is based only on the culturally appropriated version white people stole from the original native culture. The people whom the creature belongs to have asked people to stop using them and especially stop having it be a deer.
The fix for this is very simple. Change the name and say it is based on the not-deer instead, which is a made-up cryptid that is in fact a fucked up deer.
