Note that there is nothing in here about them requiring to state that they were always committed to anti piracy.

  2. But… but… my free Zelda games.

How could Nintendo be so heartless? Ranting on Reddit will show them.

Groups I respect less than nintendo:

    – pirates

    – framerate snobs

    – yuzu’s devs

    – Gary Bowser fanboys

    – people who can’t make a more creative joke than “lol you must like doing sex stuff with nintendo and licking boots”

    – People who downvote what they don’t understand

    Yuzu is dead.

    Long live Wuzu

    And Nuzu

    And Buzu

    And Uuzu

    etc.

  5. The most annoying aspect is people screeching about game preservation.

I doubt these same people will get rid of their backup copy once they dispose of their legal copy.

Also, the ROM is almost always modded. If you want to preserve a game shouldn’t you preserve the creator’s intent?

Also, why are they trying to preserve the most popular games with the least chance of being lost?

What if Nintendo did this because they are planning to have an OEM emulator released alongside the Switch 2 to give people the option.

they’ll shut Google down next, for providing people links to pirated games
