It’s a psychic/ground type cat, with a pyramid on its head that doubles as a defensive shell and an arcane focus of sorts, through which it uses its psychic abilities.
It has sand stream or levitate as abilities. Maybe arena trap
I think either it’s stats should be low and it evolves into something sphinx-inspired, or give it decent stats and have it be a mythical or higher level single form pokemon.
