Dex Entry 1: This form of Raichu can generate enough electricity to cause a city-wide blackout in a single attack. Unfortunately this much electricity is too much for Raichu’s body to handle long periods of time, and can easily be outlasted in a long-winded battle.
Dex Entry 2: Due to the massive amount of electricity generated from Mega Evolution, Raichu has an explosively bad temper in this form. It does not seem to like triggering its Mega Evolution for this reason.
