To transform: must have friendship and affection maxed, drop to half health. It normally learns a single move (Bubble), but 4 moves to be used post transformation can be assigned via a separate menu. Bubble becomes Storming Stream (2 turns except in rain or wet environments, ignores damage nullifying effects and abilities).
