Mega Smeargle X: Painter Pokemon
Ability: Prankster (adds +1 priority to status moves)
Dex Entry 1: This form of Smeargle has three different tails, each able to hold one color of paint each at a time. This paint supposedly has different effects based on its color. Smeargle will only show its opponent one tail while its other two tails are loading with paint behind its back.
Dex Entry 2: While this form has almost nothing in regards to attacking power, it is somehow the more unpredictable form. It wins its battles through tricky tactics and disorienting its opponent.
Mega Smeargle Y: Painter Pokemon
Ability: Huge Power (Doubles the power of Physical Attacks)
Dex Entry 1: Smeargle’s tail brush has grown exponentially bigger in this form. The paint that comes off of this tool-turned-weapon is acidic, making whatever attack Smeargle lands even more painful.
Dex Entry 2: This form of Smeargle is more agile and energetic, making it quite the foe to face in battle. It still retains it’s habit of sticking it’s tongue out as it battles however.
