Do you guys like Golf Story? GBC Mario Golf and Tennis were its inspirations.

Mario Golf GBC is far and away the best sports game ever made. One of my all time favorite games. The reason I bought Golf Story was that people said it reminded them of this game but they were so wrong. The golf is actual good and it’s actually possible to read the greens.
Love those games, the rpg mode was so much fun
Basically if Mario had a real job. Works his shifts as a doctor and then goes to his country club to play golf and tennis when off the job

Literally replayed Mario Tennis a month ago. Holds incredibly well but definitely a little too easy.
Good news, Mario Tennis has all the original Transfer Pak exclusive content unlocked by default! (Mario Golf GBC doesn’t have notable Trasfer Pak exclusive content)
Interesting because the N64 Mario Sports games opted not to do that for some reason. Hopefully we get an update some day.

Are there even any differences between Dr. Mario on the NES and Game boy, beside graphics?
I haven’t seen anyone talk about this anywhere yet, so i thought I’d just drop this here: Mario Tennis actually comes with the Transfer Pak content unlocked!!
In other words, this is the most complete and accessible way there has ever been to play this game, which in turn makes it even more one of the greatest sports games – and specially sports RPG – of all time!

Aw man. Mario Golf for the N64 is a classic and I may have upgraded my plan for it xD
Now that Nintendo has added GBC Mario Tennis it’s about time they figure out the transfer pak functions for N64 Mario Tennis on NSO (or at least update the games to unlock the transfer-only characters and courts on both)
Also, yes: GBC Mario Golf is the best Mario sports game ever.
I wish I could buy these games through a virtual console. well maybe not Mario golf.
Why isn’t everything just available? NSO is piss weak.
